Challenge
Generate is an AI-powered recruiting platform created for entrepreneurial recruiters to build referral-based teams, track broker performance, and earn recurring income within a community-driven model. In a crowded recruiting and staffing space, Generate needed a brand that stood apart from generic platforms, balancing technological sophistication and financial credibility with a human, community-first feel.
Solution
I was responsible for designing the logo and shaping the core visual identity for Generate, developing a system rooted in collaboration, momentum, and acceleration. The final mark, built from clean geometric forms and sharp modern typography, represents an “exponential spark,” a visual metaphor for activating a new era of recruiting. The identity was extended through 3D logo animations and a cohesive set of brand assets, including digital collateral, presentations, and platform-specific applications, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint.
